Vallum Halo Manager Shipping Policy
Vallum Halo Manager is currently only available via download from the Vallum Software website. If you require a disk to be shipped through snail mail, please contact Vallum Support and arrangements can be made to deliver Halo Manager through optical disk media.
Vallum Halo Manager Returns Policy
We work hard to ensure that your installation experience with Vallum Halo Manager is flawless the first time and every time you login to Halo Manager, the software is 100% reliable minimal or no performance issues. Vallum Software requires the following configuration as the minimal requirement for Halo Manager to function to its intended use:

If you are having issues with a product, there may be other options before you return it:
- Find online help from the Vallum Software Support website
- Post a question in the Vallum Software blog forum.
- Log a support email to the Vallum support ticket system, or
- Call 1-800something about your Vallum Software order and get help with downloading, installing or troubleshooting the software.
In downloading and installing Vallum Software products, you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale and subsequent use.
Vallum Software does provide returns in instances that qualify. To qualify, reasonable troubleshooting and contact with Vallum Support must be established and proven. All returns and exchanges must be validated through the original receipt. Failure to provide such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange.
Vallum Halo Manager is shipped as a free 30-day trial package, with the option to purchase a software license at any time during the 30-day trial. Qualifying an item for return will only take place during a return period of 30 days after purchase. The qualifying return criteria is as follows:
(i) you don’t agree with the license agreement, or
(ii) the properly-installed software does not work, and
(iii) only if you do not make or retain any copies.
Vallum software and Vallum utilities may only be exchanged for the same product. If we no longer have the same product, we will issue you the next generation of the same product a comparable product replacement.
